The hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great pool and beach bars. Gorgeous rooms with excellent views. Clean, safe, and child-friendly. Perfect grounds for kids. Delicious and abundant food. location.

I had such a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center and right by the beach. It was so convenient to be able to take a leisurely walk into town or just relax by the shore. The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had access to ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The room was clean and spacious, and the view was breathtaking.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Spent Xmas at a hotel recently and had a great time! Loved that they offered free drinks all day for Xmas Eve and Xmas Day. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and the beach was just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well-maintained.
The food could have been better. It was a bit underwhelming for the holidays, but we found some great restaurants nearby to make up for it.

Great pool and nice beach. the hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed the live cooking and the variety of food offered in the restaurant. the location is perfect for exploring the area, with many shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
The building is a bit old and run-down. Some of the facilities could use an update.

I loved the location of the hotel which was very close to the airport and the city center. It was also situated right on the beach which made it very convenient to access. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay here.

This hotel offers a convenient location, being within close distance to the airport and just a short drive away from the city center. There are also some appealing attractions nearby, such as the Santa Marina beach in Hania. the rooms provided here are well-maintained and clean and the staff is attentive. the breakfast served is of a high standard, and the hotel provides some useful amenities, such as free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
There is some room for improvement in terms of the language barrier, as some of the animation and activities provided are mainly in French, causing non-French speakers to feel left out.
